Optimistic Challenge Process
Peg-in:
Threshold signature with One Time Signature mechanism to avoid double spending
Peg-OUT:
Alice initiates a withdrawal of 1 BTC. In response, the Operator advances 1BTC to Alice
Reimbursement:
Using the advance, the Operator then extracts 1 BTC from the pool. Typically, reimbursement is successfully processed within two weeks
Challenge:
Any user who has deposited 0.3 BTC can issue a challenge.
Case 1: If the Operator has acted dishonestly, the challenge is successful, the challenger seizes the Operator's deposit, and the reimbursement process fails.
Case 2: If the Operator has acted honestly, the challenge is fail, the challenger lost his 0.3 BTC to the Operator, and reimbursement is successfully completed after two weeks.
